Simple steps to return a product from your VetMitra order.
Check eligibility
Items must be unused, sealed and returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for the full list of eligible and non-returnable products.
Initiate the return
Go to My Orders → find the order → click "Return Item". Select the item(s) and reason. You'll receive a return authorisation email within 24 hours.
Pack securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and invoices. Attach the return label from the authorisation email to the outside of the parcel.
Hand over to courier
Our courier partner will collect the parcel from your address within 2 business days of authorisation, or you can drop it at the nearest designated drop point.
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 2–3 business days), your refund will be initiated. It appears in your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
