Effective 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
This policy applies to eligible veterinary equipment, instruments, diagnostic devices and other products for which warranty coverage is expressly offered.
Not every product carries the same warranty. The product page, invoice or warranty certificate must identify the applicable terms.
The warranty may be provided by the manufacturer, VetMitra's selling entity or another identified service provider.
The responsible provider and its contact or service procedure must be disclosed for each warranted product.
The warranty period begins on the date specified in the product warranty documentation, ordinarily linked to delivery or purchase.
Warranty period: Refer to the individual product listing or warranty certificate.
VetMitra will not advertise a warranty unless the responsible provider can substantiate and honour it.
Subject to the product-specific warranty, coverage may include manufacturing defects, component failures or other faults specified in the warranty.
Coverage may be subject to proof of purchase, serial number verification, authorised installation or prescribed maintenance where those conditions are disclosed and lawful.
Depending on the written warranty and applicable law, exclusions may include accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, unsuitable operating conditions or normal wear and tear.
Exclusions will not be applied to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The warranty provider may arrange inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement or another remedy according to the applicable warranty and law.
Inspection, transport, installation, labour and spare-part charges, if any, must be disclosed in the product warranty terms.
Where a manufacturer provides the warranty, VetMitra will communicate the available warranty information and assist with the published claim process where applicable.
The existence of a manufacturer warranty does not eliminate obligations independently imposed on the seller or platform by law.
