We welcome questions regarding orders, products, seller accounts, professional verification, courses, hiring, content complaints and other platform services.
For faster assistance, include the relevant order number, account reference or page URL and a clear description of your request.
Please do not email passwords, payment-card PINs, banking passwords or other authentication credentials.
For order cancellations, returns, damaged products or refund requests, include your order reference and the reason for your request. See the applicable Cancellation & Refunds and Return Policy pages.
Veterinarians, students, clinics, NGOs and sellers may contact us about verification requirements or an existing verification application. Do not send unnecessary identity documents until the authorised process requests them.
For copyright complaints, identify the material and provide its URL along with the information required by our Copyright Complaints Policy.
