This policy applies to sponsored posts, brand banners, promoted products, affiliate links, promotional campaigns, coupons and other commercial placements on VetMitra.
Advertisers must provide accurate identity and business information and any licences or permissions required for their advertised products or services.
VetMitra may reject or suspend advertisements that are unlawful, deceptive, unsafe or inconsistent with applicable Platform rules.
Paid promotions, affiliate relationships and other material commercial connections must be disclosed clearly where required.
Sponsored placement must not be presented in a way that misleads users into believing it is an independent endorsement.
Advertisers must substantiate material claims and avoid false, exaggerated or misleading representations.
Veterinary medicine, healthcare-related and other regulated advertising is subject to applicable legal restrictions. Products or claims prohibited by applicable law or advertising-platform rules must not be promoted.
Campaigns must accurately state eligibility, validity, minimum purchase conditions, exclusions, discount limits and other material terms.
Reference prices and discount claims must not be fabricated or misleading.
Advertising and analytics must comply with the Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.
Advertisers must not receive personal information merely because a user views or clicks an advertisement. Any data sharing must have an appropriate legal basis and disclosure.
Sensitive personal information must not be used for unlawful or discriminatory targeting.
VetMitra may review advertising materials, request substantiation, pause campaigns or remove advertisements that violate applicable law or Platform policies.
Advertisers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the claims and materials they submit.
Advertisers using Google, Meta or other external platforms must independently comply with those platforms' current policies, account requirements and applicable law.
VetMitra does not guarantee approval by any third-party advertising platform.
