Users must upload only material they own, are authorised to use or may lawfully share under an applicable licence or legal exception.
This policy applies to posts, reels, photographs, videos, research papers, course materials, product images, logos, documents and other content hosted on the Platform.
A rights holder or authorised representative may submit a complaint to vetmitra.info@gmail.com with the subject line:
Copyright Complaint — VetMitra
The complaint should include:
Only include personal information reasonably necessary to process the complaint.
VetMitra may review the complaint, request clarification, restrict access to the disputed material or take other appropriate action under applicable law.
A complaint does not automatically establish infringement. VetMitra may consider relevant permissions, licences, public-domain status, statutory exceptions and other applicable legal issues.
Where legally required, notices, counter-notices or other procedural steps will be handled according to the applicable process and statutory timelines.
A user whose content is restricted may submit a response explaining the basis for believing that the content is authorised or was removed in error.
The response should identify the material, its former location and the reasons for the dispute.
VetMitra may request further evidence and will handle the matter according to applicable law. No reinstatement is guaranteed.
Repeated or substantiated infringement may result in content restrictions, account suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and a proportionate review.
Complaints should be accurate and submitted in good faith. Knowingly false allegations may cause harm and may have legal consequences.
Trademark, counterfeit-product and other intellectual-property complaints should identify the relevant right, registration or basis of ownership where applicable, the disputed material and the requested action.
This policy does not replace any mandatory statutory notice, counter-notice or intermediary procedure applicable to a particular complaint.
