Savavet Phoslure 400mg Tablet contains Sevelamer Carbonate, a phosphate-binding medicine used in veterinary patients to help manage elevated phosphate levels in the blood. It may be used in dogs and cats with hyperphosphatemia associated with chronic renal failure, particularly when oral aluminium salts are not tolerated. Sevelamer Carbonate works in the gastrointestinal tract by binding dietary phosphate, reducing its absorption and helping support the management of phosphate levels in pets with impaired kidney function.
