Intas Oridot Advanced Ceruminolytic, Local Anaesthetic, Antiseptic & Deodorizing Otic Drops for Dogs & Cats

Select Variant: 10 ml

Description

Dissolve impacted earwax, eliminate foul otic odors, calm ear canal irritation, and maintain clean ear hygiene with Intas Oridot Ear Drops (10ml), available online at VetMitra. Companion dogs and cats—particularly floppy-eared breeds (such as Cocker Spaniels, Labradors, Golden Retrievers, and Pugs) and dense-furred cats—are anatomically prone to ceruminous accumulation due to the natural "L"-shape of their ear canals. In warm and humid environments, the ceruminous glands overproduce thick, waxy secretions that trap exfoliated epithelial cells, outdoor dust, and moisture. When this wax hardens into an impacted plug, it traps moisture, encourages microbial proliferation, and acts as a physical barrier that prevents prescribed therapeutic antibiotic or antifungal drops from reaching the canal lining. (Note: While some third-party listings contain erroneous copy referring to human acne, Intas Oridot is strictly a veterinary otic pharmaceutical formulated for canine and feline ear care). Intas Oridot delivers comprehensive otic clearance via a Quad-Action Ceruminolytic & Comfort Matrix: Potent Ceruminolytic Solvent Action (Paradichlorobenzene 2% w/v): Penetrates dried, impacted wax blocks, breaking down dense keratin-lipid crosslinks and dissolving hard plugs into a fluid, easily removable slurry. Essential Oil Lipid Emulsification (Turpentine Oil 15% w/v): Penetrates stubborn sebaceous secretions, promotes natural fluid drainage from the horizontal ear canal, and neutralizes foul, sour odors associated with wax buildup. Rapid Topical Pain & Pruritus Relief (Lignocaine 2% w/v): An established local anaesthetic that reversibly blocks sodium ion channels along sensory nerve pathways in the canal. It numbs irritation, relieves pain, and curtails violent head-shaking and ear-scratching. Antimicrobial & Preservative Barrier (Chlorbutol 5% w/v): Provides mild antibacterial and antifungal properties to suppress surface microbial growth while providing gentle soothing action to irritated tissues. Essential Pre-Treatment Cleansing Step: Preparing the ear canal with Oridot removes the physical barrier of wax and discharge, ensuring prescribed medications (such as Intas Pomisol) achieve direct contact with the tissue. Dual-Species Utility: Gentle and effective for routine hygiene across both dogs and cats.
